Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. My favorite thing — an all day Sunday food and drink Happy Hour ! Or as they call it, Golden Hour. Lovely bar, spacious dining room, nice patio. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. A few cocktails (Miza spritz was refreshing but a bit sweet), a house red (Greek Cab-type), a house white (Spanish), oysters for $2/ea, several shareable apps and dips/spreads (including a low key, very salty saganaki). Interesting pillowy, almost naan-like pita. Great texture on the fried zucchini and eggplant— not at all greasy or mushy. Interesting avocado tzatziki with dill dip. Everything we had was very good and looking forward to returning to sample the rest of the happy hour menu. The regular menu looks very good, albeit pricey (looking at you lamb souvlaki, gyro, deconstructed pastitsio). Large wine list with some very decent Greek wines. Note on the restrooms— look closely for the man/woman icons to avoid a misdirection. It’s dimly lit and the communal sinks distracted the entries. A nice, warm Mediterranean look, clean, spacious stalls, good quality toilet paper. Happy Hour Food/drink: A bathrooms B(lack of products, amenities) overall: A-

The branzino was amazing! I’m still thinking about it. Also their board with the spreads was delicious. Dessert was also perfect and unique. Service was solid especially the bussers. They gave us some suggestions. Drinks were the only aspect of the meal that were just okay. Overall food was great. I would definitely return. I hardly ever give 5s but think they deserve it.

Came here for our anniversary dinner over the weekend. The atmosphere was definitely great very clean restaurant. We had a reservation for 945. I got there at 9:42 as we walked in. The Manager immediately told us the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes, which doesn’t make any sense as the restaurant is open till 11. I understand as a customer service worker there is a time for the kitchen to be closed, but the fact that we were able to still book reservations up until 10 PM had me confused. I also thought that was very abrupt and rude to greet customers like that. Once we sat down our server, Sarah immediately greeted us and took great care of us. She didn’t make us feel rushed like the manager did. We ordered appetizers, main dishes, and drinks. About 10:20 another table was seated next to us and order a massive charcuterie board with drinks as well so that kind of threw me off. I didn’t feel like we were very much wanted. Nobody asked us if we were celebrating anything a birthday ,anniversary ,otherwise we definitely would’ve ordered a dessert. The food was immaculate so that amongst our great server is what held the review so high.

Lovely restaurant! Great for sharing plates, and the portions were a good size. The half chicken and meatballs were highlights, but everything we had tasted great. Atmosphere in the restaurant is lively and very busy, definitely one that needs booking. Staff were friendly and attentive, probably just an American thing, but they came over to the table quite a lot. At times we would’ve preferred a bit more space to just eat and enjoy, but it didn’t take away from the experience
